Si presenta di un colore giallo ambrato con riflessi un pò miele e un pò arancio. All'olfatto ha profumi curiosi e variegati che vanno dall'agrume alla resina, pesca gialla e camomilla con accenni vegetali di fieno.
L' ingresso in bocca è dolce e caramellato, per poi evolvere nella giusta freschezza di lime e subito, in seconda battuta, il tipico e immancabile amarognolo che prosegu, su note di mandorla.
