Rich and intense bouquet, persistent, with pleasant fruity and floral notes, delicate aromas of yeasts and bread crust. On the palate it is full, clean and harmonious, with a pleasant and decisive fruity and acidic note. Excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal.
