On the nose, the still clear and precise aromatic structure blends with elegant mineral notes and citrus sensations, above all pink grapefruit. The taste sensations are broad, complex, elegantly savoury, with hints of citrus and acacia flowers revealing themselves at the end.

Deep ruby red color with typical garnet reflections, complex, broad bouquet with rose aromas and small red fruits, cocoa and balsamic hints. Elegant on the sip, seductive in its velvety and very fine tannin. Good acidity which guarantees a notable length in the mouth.

Ideal with mugine and tuna bottarga, tasty first courses and risottos, baked sea bream, tuna belly, white meats, medium-aged semi-hard cheeses.

Aging in French oak barriques for approximately 18 months. It then rests in glass for at least 12 months. With an intense and lively ruby red colour, it has complex aromas of ripe red fruit, mainly black cherries, spices, notes of licorice and hints of myrtle.
Ideal with second courses of roasted and grilled meat, game, mature cheeses, first courses with meat sauce.

Tenuta San Guido

Aging in 225 liter barriques made of partly French oak and a small part (5%) of American oak for a period of 15 months. Use of 40% new wood, 40% second passage wood and 20% in equal shares of third and fourth passage.
It is an elegant and intense wine, expressed in a bouquet of berries, coffee, spices and Mediterranean scrub On the palate it is fruity, full, solid and persistent.

The maturation time in the cellar is double compared to the rules of the Denomination. The dosage is moderate, between 6 and 7 grams per liter. Golden color, a distinctive sign of black grape varieties. A very fine bubble, with aromas of ripe fruit and spices, notes of toasted apple, compote and peach.
On the palate we find a subtle combination of structure, length and liveliness. The bubble is as fine as velvet. Aromas of pear, brioche and spices, notes of fresh walnut are revealed

Aging in Slavonian oak barrels from 20 to 62 hl for approximately 3 years and in the bottle for more than 8 months
Ruby red tending towards garnet, intense and complex aromas . Sensations of ripe red berry fruit are completed with various spicy notes; the taste is warm, harmonious with pronounced tannins; a full-bodied wine with long taste-olfactory persistence that can still evolve with long aging in the bottle.

When tasted, Turriga immediately reveals itself to be a wine of great finesse, noble in aromas, the body is agile, structured, but without excess and therefore not heavy. A wine where the softness given by alcohol and sugar alcohols is well balanced with the hardness of freshness and flavor, capable of guaranteeing it a long life and tannins present but very pleasant.

Tenuta San Guido
Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC
85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc - 2021 14% vol
Aging in barrique using 45% new wood, 45% first passage and 10% second passage. Sassicaia 2021, after over 25 months of aging in wood, was decanted into steel tanks before final assembly and then bottling. Subsequent refinement in bottle before marketing.
Sassicaia has a distinct flavor of blackberry, ripe cherry, grilled herbs and spices. The scents flow from the glass in a continuous stream and are all marked by radiant intensity. The sensation is long and persistent. The freshness of the tannic backbone of the wine balances perfectly with the depth of the fruit aromas.
