100% Merlot. * Pairing: beef, lamb, veal and game. It has a deep and intense ruby color. Harmonious and complex to the scent, with hints of plum and blueberry, accompanied by light spicy and roasted notes with menthol undertones. To open up to a fresh and decisive taste; with a good ripe tannic balance, sweet of excellent quality and quantity with a very long and persistent finish. It is recommended to let it air before enjoying it.

100% Nebbiolo. * Pairing: white meat and cheeses. pale ruby red. Vinous and particularly fruity on the nose, it already shows with the olfactory sense that it is a young and lively wine. Disruptive to the taste, but still elegant, it is juicy and easy to drink, with a very light balsamic touch that embellishes the closure.

100% Sangiovese. * Pairing: beef, poultry and veal. Mr. Fiore, after spending years in Burgundy studying and working for several years, has returned to his home to take care of the family estate. The Lamole project is his together with his daughter, and together they are producing some extraordinary wines under the Chianti Classico appellation. 100% Sangiovese aged in concrete only, this approach produces a delicate, uplifted wine style with many beautiful aromatic notes.

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carménière. * Pairing: pasta, beef, lamb and game. At sight it shows a deep ruby red color. On the nose there is a pleasant whirlwind of fruity notes, which are embellished by more tertiary drums, deriving from the aging period spent in the wood. On the palate it is characterized by a beautiful harmony, with a sip that flows with linearity, in perfect taste - olfactory balance.

Nero d`Avola 100%. * Pairing: pasta, beef and lamb. With an intense ruby red color, it has a complex bouquet characterized by notes of red and black berry fruit, fresh balsamic hints of eucalyptus, spicy black pepper and delicate notes of sweet toasting that recall vanilla. In the mouth it is soft and enveloping, of great structure and with mature and refined tannins. It closes with a remarkable gustatory persistence.

100% Nebbiolo. * Pairing: pasta, beef, lamb and game. Deep garnet red color, with antique pink reflections on the nail; intense and fruity aroma reminiscent of raspberry and jam, but also violet. The ethereal sensation is accompanied by sweet spicy notes and hints of cocoa; warm, long, persistent and slightly tannic flavor. The aftertaste brings back the fruity notes.

Cabernet Sauvignon 100%. * Pairing: pasta, beef, game, veal and lamb. The color is intense ruby red. The nose is very fruity with notes of cherry, currant and spicy background hints. In the mouth it has great freshness and harmony. A classic elegant red with a taste spectrum in which sweet and silky tannins accompany a finish of great taste pleasure.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot Cabernet Franc e Petit Verdot - Toscana

100% Primitivo. * Pairing: pasta, beef, poultry and lamb. Complex, broad and fruity bouquet of cherry jam with hints of plums and tobacco leaves. A fascinating, full-bodied and noble wine with aromas of cocoa, tobacco and vanilla. Probably one of the noblest and most powerful representatives of this vineyard with an endless ending.

Corvina Veronese 75%, Rondinella 20%, Negrara / Rossignola 5%. * Pairing: game, grilled and stewed meat. It is striking for its medium intense ruby red color. The nose immediately perceives typical hints of ripe sour cherry and raspberry, accompanied by pleasant spicy and woody notes. In the mouth it is powerful, warm and silky, a wine of extraordinary persistence.
